Shipping

As of now, we are only legally allowed to ship to California, Florida and Washington, DC.  If you live outside those states, please check back with us Fall 2026 as we hope to be able to fulfill any US state that allows wine to be shipped in.  We can ship any number of bottles.

Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to hello@grossifamilypartners.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Wine Club

By joining our wine club, All hOurs, you are agreeing to purchase 12 bottles of wine per year.  In exchange, you will receive these benefits:

Trade

We do not yet sell to trade.  Check back in the Fall 2026 for any updates.

Winery

We do not have a winery open to the public.
